Acceptance and permitted use
By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms. You may browse the site, review public work and submit a genuine business inquiry. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the site at scale, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use the site in a way that harms Harwood Digital or others.
No client relationship
Submitting a form, receiving a reply or reviewing pricing does not create a client relationship, reserve project capacity or require Harwood Digital to accept a project. A project begins only after the parties sign a Client Service Agreement and project-specific Scope of Work and the required initial payment is received.
Published pricing is a starting point, not a binding quote. Final fees depend on the agreed scope, content, functionality, integrations, timing and other project requirements.
Website content and intellectual property
The Harwood Digital name, logo, site design, original text, graphics, animations, code, case-study presentation and other original site content are owned by Harwood Digital or used with permission. You may view and share links for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not reproduce, modify, sell, publish or create derivative work from site content without written permission.
Client names, logos, screenshots and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for portfolio or descriptive purposes.
Information, examples and results
The site is provided for general information. Harwood Digital works to keep it useful and accurate but does not warrant that every statement is complete, current or error-free. Portfolio examples and testimonials describe specific circumstances and do not guarantee traffic, leads, revenue, search rankings or another result.
Third-party links and services
This site may link to client sites, hosting platforms, social networks or other third-party services. Harwood Digital does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, pricing or privacy practices. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Harwood Digital does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harwood Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of—or inability to use—this website. Harwood Digital’s aggregate liability for a website-use claim will not exceed $100. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding relating to the public website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
These terms may be updated by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Start a Project form. A project-specific question should be resolved in the signed SOW or Client Service Agreement.
