Information collected
When you complete the guided project brief, Harwood Digital may collect your name, email address, business or organization name, industry, website goals, pain points, priorities, budget range and other details you choose to provide. The site or its hosting providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, device or browser type, requested pages and security logs.
Harwood Digital does not ask for payment card information through the project brief. If a project proceeds, payments may be handled by a separate provider under that provider’s privacy terms.
How information is used
- To review and respond to a project inquiry.
- To understand project fit, prepare a recommendation or proposal and communicate about services.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website.
- To keep appropriate business, tax and legal records.
- To prevent spam, fraud, abuse or other harmful activity.
When information is shared
Information may be shared with service providers that help host, secure, store or operate the website and business, but only as reasonably needed for those services. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer.
Harwood Digital does not sell or rent personal information and does not share project inquiry details for third-party behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential technologies needed for security, routing, form operation and basic performance. Harwood Digital does not currently use advertising cookies. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added, this policy will be updated and any legally required choice mechanism will be provided.
Retention and security
Inquiry and client information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, and only information needed for a legitimate business purpose should be collected. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations. Use the Start a Project form and place “Privacy Request” at the beginning of your written response so it can be routed correctly. Harwood Digital may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Harwood Digital does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The site may link to outside services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
This policy may change as the website or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is posted.
